10. AI assistant connectors (MCP)
The2410 operates two MCP servers for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor: The2410 Software Project Development and Human Tasks by The2410. When you use these connectors, your assistant sends information to us on your behalf.
- Data we receive: Your request, project or task details, budget, timeline and service answers; contact details you choose to provide (name, email, company and optional phone); selected service and package, order and payment status, and feedback. We also receive IP address, user agent, AI client name and version, and request timestamps for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Data we do not collect: Passwords, system access details or payment card data. If service access is needed, we request it by email after payment.
- Data returned to your assistant: Public services and case studies, project fit, indicative estimates and delivery windows, and summaries of your own inquiry or order, including contact details you provided. We never return other customers' data.
- Use and sharing: We use this data to review requests, prepare estimates, manage inquiries and orders, deliver services and reply to you. AI model providers such as OpenAI may process request text to analyze and match your needs. Your AI assistant provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) processes your conversation under its own privacy policy.
- Payments: Stripe processes payments on its checkout page under its privacy policy. We do not receive card details. We receive payment status and billing details needed for invoices and taxes, such as name, email, country and VAT ID.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention: MCP request logs are kept for up to 12 months. Inquiries and orders are retained as needed to provide services. Accounting and tax records are generally kept for at least seven years under Estonian law.
