Client story
When Mikus from Honey & Honey approached 2410, he already had a clear idea - to create a digital experience for a 7-story building that would be just as engaging as walking through it. He referenced a previous project and emphasized the need for smart features like dynamic apartment pages, real-time inquiry forms, and tooltip interactions.
Working collaboratively, they tackled challenges like dense layout display on mobile and syncing data with automation tools. The result? A feature-rich website that’s easy to manage and makes the apartment hunt feel effortless.
Project overview
2410 developed a real estate website for a 7-story residential building featuring 114 apartments. The system integrates a fully interactive building visualization where users can select floors and explore apartment layouts in detail.
Each apartment is accessible through a dynamic page displaying its plan, size, price, and an inquiry form integrated with the backend and automated email tools.
To enhance performance and usability, 2410 introduced smooth data filtering via WIX datasets, allowing real-time status updates (available, reserved, sold) through a visual admin interface - no code changes needed.
The tooltip system was crafted to convey critical apartment data on hover, while dynamic filtering and responsive design ensured intuitive navigation across desktop and mobile devices.
The visual interaction between floors and layouts was engineered to retain clarity even on compact mobile screens. 2410 optimized the entire UX with special attention to image resolution, tooltip placement, and performance.
Multilingual support was built in for future scalability, ensuring the platform serves broader audiences. The result is an SEO-friendly, visually compelling property site that feels polished, scalable, and easy to use - both for customers and administrators.
